Wayfinder/Vodafone Group
Wayfinder was a part of Vodafone Group. The assignment was to phase out the Wayfinder Navigation products into Vodafone Location Services products. I was responsible for translating the business objectives and customer needs into product requirements. Identified, planned and prioritized product ideas to maximize return of investment on engineering resources and retain users through a great user experience.

Launched navigation products into 8 Western European markets with 300k+ active users on iOS (iPhone), Symbian, Android and other JAVA-based phones such Blackberry. The iPhone Navigation was #1 navigation app in UK, Apple app store within 2 weeks after launch.
